In 2050's, special forces of Japanease Imperial Army stationed at Okinawa and they cross bloody quarrels with terrorists of Okinawa Liberation Alliance (OLA).
Independence movement of Okinawa began near 2015. But a few young activist run wild and JIS stiffend. In 2017, a law limited on Okinawa what allows requisitioning of land for base. Okinawa people angered and the movement spread whole Okinawa.in this riot, JIS announced 10 but OLA announced 300 people died. (Okinawa Riot 2017)
Okinawa is assimilated to Japan for long time. So it's too late to awaken their own magical power. This first revolt was easily supressed.
Once awakend their own magical power,OLA began magical terrorism against JIS.
Confusion covered over all Okinawa. But soon special force of Japanease Imperial Army arrived and suppressed OLA terrorists with much victims. (Okinawa Riot 2028)
The success was not made by the force only but conciliation. If one live in Okinawa is cooperative to JIS force, he or she is given special treatment in all public service and tax. But if one does anti-JIS action,he or she will be punished without mercy. Of cource, informer is welcomed. For valuable informayion, JIS force pays not only money but convenience within influence of JIS force reached.
But those policy did not success enough.Quarrels between JIS and OLA is bogged down.
The Okinawa problem is one of JIS's headache.
