Yakuza

Yakuzas are not organized in one. There are big three organization, Yamauchi-kumi based on Hanshin sprawl the biggest, Tenjin-kai based on Fukuoka sprawl and Sakurai-kumi rule the dark quarters of Hokkaido Republic.

The biggest Yakuza organization in Japan. Their power reach Tohoku, Kanto, Hokuriku, Tokai, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku and half of Shikoku district.
There are 5 high-oyabun under the highest Oyabun "Kaicho", high-oyabun in Chiba-city rules Kanto district, high-oyabun in Sendai rules Tohoku, high-oyabun in Kanazawa rules Hokuriku, high-oyabun in Nagoya rules Tokai and Chubu and high-oyabun in Osaka rules Chugoku, half of Shikoku and Kinki.
Most infuluential high-oyabun is high-oyabun in Osaka and next is high-oyabun in Chiba-city. High-oyabun in Osaka has very strong power in Japan. Then high-oyabun in Chiba-city increase his power abroad.
(High-oyabun in Chiba-city send many Koreans yakuza as soldiors. many Koreans are in Yakuza organization as soldiors and few leaders. Korean ratio in yakuza is high in Osaka. Then high-oyabun in Osaka made a plot to make high-oyabun in Chiba-city suspect Korean soldiors of spies from Osaka. The plot went succefuly and you may know how the Seoul-Pa-Ring.)

Most of their business are without social credit such as running the loop hole of the law or some entertaining trades. In principle, they don't break the law and pay tax.

Force:

Violence are the business of lower Yakuza soldiors who retired one week before or Yakuza-wannabe gangs who have no relation with Yakuza corporation. If they use violence,most case are assasination. Target of assasination are not always who the obstacle one but their family. And it's few case they do assasination really. Their true power is terror.

Asian Mafia:

"They are troublesome ones. I would not concern with them. Along only business, they are safety customer, but few profit."

Snake head:

"Eyesore scum! They strut with controlling scums sneaked in Japan. We must teach them whose country here is.But too many to find the end.First of all, we crush those maggots attacking us.Well, some of them knows the "Jingi" enough to accept our support with weapon and miney to become boss."
Added description. Yakuza hate troubles with controlling Snakehead. They only tame. Often Yakuza conflict with Snakehead. The end of battle comes with arresting much snakehead members and a few Yakuza soldiors.

Gang (Starved wolves):

"They are only living gabage Their brain are broken enough to feel no fear for doom on themselves. Why the police let those scum without honor do free?"

Gang (Yakuza-Wannabe):

"Dear Shatei (sworn brothers)."

Gang(Kids):

"Only kids,aren't they?"

Asian Mafia

The friendly society of Asian (Chinease or so on) capitalists and their followers whose business runs in Japan. Their purpose are success on business. Then they usualy touch no crime. But for JIS's discriminative treatment, they sometimes tacitly allow their followers make illegal business because of save their right.
(Correctly,they are not Crimes. But JIS often drive them to become like a Crime.)

Folloers of the leaders. They have nothing but their own life for their patron's favor. They can become assasins or soldiors.

Yakuza:

"Dangerous neighbors. We want to have nothing to do with them. But if we loose our face by Yakuza, we are ready to teach them a lesson how it costs expensive."

Snake head:

"They are scums thinking their brethren as victims.But a few are chivalrous.If they want to avoid affect of Yakuza,we may support them a little."

Gang(Starved wolves):

"Poor breathen.But we have nothing to do for them.Their fate is upon Snake Heads who controls them."

Gang(Yakuza-Wannabe):

"Dangerous childs."

Gang(Kids):

"Only kids, aren't ?"

Snake Head

Chinease gang. They are a group of small gangs and most influencible boss control whole the group. Same nameed gang was appeared in 20th century but it once disappeared. Confusion and rush of refuges in 21th century made their revival.
Their business are management of smuggling and assurance of refuse's street stand in their territory. (Long ago, that was ancient Yakuza's business. But Yakuza are not intersted to such business in 2050's.)

"We don't afraid those scum! But they are cahoots with Police. We can shut up them easily to assasinate their Oyabun. But they of cource revenge to us. Then we do it when they are too nuisance."

Asian Mafia:

"Rich and his followers. They lookdown us. Someday, we look back them."

Gang(Starved wolves):

"They can do nothing without us.They are belong to us even if life."

Gang(Yakuza-Wannabe):

"Ugly raddish-eaters (means nearly "Jap".) children. If Yakuza does not exist, we'll slaughter them and feed their meat to the Starved Wolves"

Gang(Kids):

"Good customers. Good Victims."

There are many young outsiders labeled as hooligan only why they have metahuman or criminal relative. They are often warped and desperate enough to be tempted by Yakuza. If succeed as Yakuza, they will get rich life what they cannot reach with honest and earnest work. Without thought of Yakuza success, glaring back life as Yakuza is more refeshible than warped and sneaking life.
Yakuza-Wannabe gangs are rough but closely united.

Gangs of Refuges and illegal entrants in Japan. They are a type of street gang. But they lack independency and are controlled by Snake Heads.
Nothing to loose,always hungry,they are the most savage gangs in Japan.

"Only our victims. We can take from them money and flesh we want. But without keeping goof face, they have enough brains to run."

Kids

life in Japan is very stuffy to youngs. Most of them are under stress of fear of goblinization, overprotection and overinterventions of their poarents. Especially, fear of goblinization is too serious to drive a boy to suicide because he mistake a pimple for the sign of troll goblinization.
Some of them escape to simsence, some escape to Nintendo and some assemble and comfort each other or burst away their anxiety in violence.Last one called as Kids gang. Of cource, they are not poor and not discriminated people.
They often become very dangerous.Because their violence has no reason. One dayu they attacked a Sarariman only passing by them,and another day they striped a shopping bag lady who had nothing worth. They did it for fun or to kill time.
Only youth gather them.So all of them are young. Almost all member retire Kids gang when they get job or advance to college and become shaikujin.
