Dusk of Privy Council
The Privy Council had worked enough for the harmony of Japanese forces, corporations,and goverment till the year of 2057. An old man's death brought the end of it. He was the last man of Okutukinomiya and had the strongest influences in Japan.
None could not succeed his position and Privy Council is still confusing. No immortal members...like dragon and free-spirits have no interest in the domestic troubles. Corporations ignores Privy Councils because they have been hating its interfering. Okutukinomiya and his men had a pupose in common what was to make strong Japan in the 6th world. Immortal members respected them and cooperated. But their successors' interests are in their own glory. They never doubt the eternal glory of Japan.
If the old man live more years, Yamatetsu and Fuchi would never be changed.
And the organizations of Goverments and Army began to be collapsed.
Rising the power of underground nations

- Tokyo had been a huge sealing of The Big One who was called Masakado in 10th century. Bandou-Republic is the underground nation. Its origin was up to ancient Japan where no Mikado ruled the islands.

Combat Skills
- Judo(Quickness)
- Judo is the martial arts originated in Japan. The spirit of Judo is "Ju yoku Gou wo seisu " this Japanese sentence means art of flexiblity can control opponent's power. So Judo's linked attribute is quickness. But deffender can use unarmed or melee combat skills against Judo. And Judo also can be used for deffence against them.
Judo has four types of attack. Casting body, choking carotid, submissions and holding down. Those attcaks except casting are holding opponent's body. Use holding rule for them. Submissions are handled as called shot. Choking are modified same as called shot and its damege code is (skill rating + 2)S stun.
Casting body is the main attack of Judo. Judo-fighter control opponet's balance and cast his body with little power. When casting attack is success, opponents must be downed and take damage. The Judo-casting damage is (Judo skill rating)M stun. And when damage resistance, only a half(round down) of Impact Armor Rating can be substracted from the damage power.
Like falling (see 46P in Shadowrun Companion), Judo's casting damage power can be substracted with making Athletic test against target number same as the damage power.
For deffence, Judo has another art named "Ukemi". It controll falling and casted damage. Judo skill can be used in place of Athletic skill at falling and when casted by Judo.
At the last of Judo casting, Judo user hands any part of victim. So when a character falls into the depth where Judo user cannot keep handing his lims or body, apply the normal falling damage.
The Killing hand of Adept Power can be used as Casting Damage Level.
[Notice]When a character make attack or deffence against non-humanoid enemy, he cannot use Judo Skill. Judo Skill is sepecialized for humanoid form. But Judo,Killing-Hands and Astral Perception combinations realize to cast any form enemy in Astral. Astral casting or choking damage power is not based on Judo Skill rating but Astral Quickness.
Default:Quickness Attribute only.
Specializations:Chokings, Submissions, Holdings, Counterattack castings, Attacking castings.
- Jukendo(Strength)
- Jukendo is the art of Bayonet combat. It's born in the Old Imperial Army and succeded SDF Japan and JIS-Army.
Type 30 Bayonet:Data is same as survival knife. Can be attached barrel-mount.
Type 30 Bayonet with Firearm:Concealability-1, damage (STR+2)M, Reach is depend on Firearm(Assault riffles and Riffles have 1. Other firearms have 0).
Default:Edged Weapons,Clubs and Polearm/Staffs
Specializations:By firearm attached.
Physical Skills
- Bycycle(Body)
- In Asia, bycycles are still important vehicle for common people in the 6th world. But bycycle cannot be handled same as other vehicles because it has no engine. In JIS-Project, bycycle is only what increase the movement distance.
Someone riding bycycle has Quickness * 2 for walking and Quicknes * 4 for running. And bycycle rider must success control test same as other vehicles. If he fail the test, he cannot get no distance for moving and lost action in the initiative pass. And Gamemaster must notice bycycle's length and height. Bycycle skill can accelate the running distance like Athletics skill.
Bycycle is easily broken when attacked . Bycycle has no body rating and armor rating. When attack against bycycle with physical damage weapon make success, bycycle is automaticaly broken. No control pool cannot be used when riding bycyle.
Riding on/off bycycle takes complex action. Firing recoils are doubled. And bycycle rider using both hands must make crash test.
Examples of bycycles types are :Mountain bycycles (Control test +1D,Running test-1D), Racer(Control test -1D, Running test +1D)
