Licenses and certificates of JIS

There are many licenses and certificates in Japan. Without them, shadworunners should get inconveniences. (For example, when the highway police found you are driving car without driving license, you are fined many nuyens.)
But shadowrunners have no SIN. So only forgeds are in their use.
Here are some fogerys but they have limits. If you want a realy hot forgery, it must be the decker's work.
License (car, bike)
Driveing license allows owner to drive cars or to ride bikes. Of course a person can own both of car license and bike license. These driving licenses are quite common and checking driving license is sometimes used as simple SIN-check.

Panishments or inconveniences
Driving without license: If driver only left the license home, 50nuyen charged. If the driver has no license, 1000nuyens charged and never allowed to continue driving. (Of course, the police officers would check severly.)

License (each aircraft)
Same as car license. But aircraft licenses are rare. If you want to use airport to landing or taking off, aircraft-license must be needed.

Flying without license: If the pilot only left the license home, 50nuyen charged and suspension of flight for a month. If the pailot has no license, 10000nuyens charged or 2 years prisoned.

SIN (Kousei Kumiai)
This SIN proves owner as a corporation employee and Japanese citizen.

This forged SIN cannot fool the systems of the corporation it assumes, its Keiretu corporations and contracted health provider.

SIN (Kokumin Kumiai)
This SIN proves owner as a Japanese citizen but not corporation employee.

Acupuncture,moxa cautery and sharmanic healing license
Magical heal of Hermetic tradition is considered as medical healing. But sharmanic healing is not. So sharmans who want to become magical healer must take this license.

Astral Environment Manager(AEM)
Any Magical groups and magical industries must have at least one AEM. AEM keeps background count and astral structure legal.

Sword-smith Artist
In Edo-era, Katana was the symbol of the Samurai-spirit. There were many artificial Katanas. But old Katanas were much lost twice. First one was the Meiji-Revolution. The samurai class was lost and many Katanas were sold cheaply. Second was the defeat of the war called the Great-East-Asian-war or the Pacific war or WW2. Huge numbers of Japanease officers with Katana were dead out of Japan. Most of those Katanas were mass-producted Katana(like 1000 nuyens katanas) and had not so much value. But some of them had realy great value as art.
JIS wants to recover those lost. But Katana is a weapon. So only Sword-smith Artists can forge Katana and sell it with certification as art. To get this certification, they must train more than 5 years under master swordsmith and pass some paper-test.

Permits for Possesion/Transport Guns
A few people are permited to have guns. The corporate securities and some hunters. But they cannot have any type of guns. Corporate securities are permited to have light pistols and shotguns with stun rounds. Hunters are allowed to have shotguns and sports rifles but the guns have less than 8. No aoutomatic weapon is allowed.
An ex-convict is never able to get those permit.

Dangerous and poisonous chemicals manager (DPCM)
This licence allowed a person to buy or sell specified chemicals what are dangerous or poisonous. Without DPCM, none can buy DMSO ,gases and so on. Corporate security hire at least one DPCM.
DPCM manage the chemicals. If there are chemical-gases, DPCM must report about gas to Police everyday.

Explosive manager (EM)
This licence allowed a person to buy and handle explosives. Pyrothechnists and dynamite engineers must have this licenses.

Firearm seller
This licence allowed a person to buy and sell firearms. Firearm seller can handle only shotguns, sports rifles and light pistols. Firearm sellers never sells to whom without permit.
