Ninja

Ninja troop is a kind of secret society. They run the shadows for contract. Most of Ninja troops make strong tie between corporate or goverment department. In case with corporate, Ninja troops have strong relation to someone influensive of the corporate. Especially, each powerful Shiawase family has his or her own Ninja troop.
#For small company and wealth but not enough rich to employ Ninja troop, some Ninja troop's business is to lend them a few members. They are called street Ninja. Street Ninja troops often take form as small security corporate. They are inferior to corporate Ninja troops at equipment and background organization.

Rule of Ninja is severe with death penalty. Once someone become the member, it means death to try leaving.
(In return of thease, very good payment and compensation for relations after death are. Anyway death comes, most members of Ninja troop will choose to be loyal to his or her troop.)
Origin of Ninja troops is unknown. But all Ninja troops have common features below.

A magical group of officials and semiofficials decide all about the Ninja troop. This magical group called "Jounin(High-Ninja)" and most of them are physical adepts and physical magician. Others are a few sharmans.
Other mundane members are called "Genin(Lesser-Ninja)". They are the hand and foot of Ninja troop.
Combat ability of Genin is not lesser than Jounin. But they cannot go aggainst Jounin because they have some disadvantage to some Jounin. (Weak points or obligation) Especially Street Samurai who get cyberwares with resource of Ninja troop are demanded perfect loyality. (Beside them some riggers and deckers are.)
Among Genin, there are special members called "Kusa". Their job is infilteration. Some of them are Ninja troop member who became employee of target corporate and the others are staff of target who are enticed.
Kusas are infiltrate into various organizations and their informations are supressed to never hurt their position. (like contact)
If Ninja troop want to request a Kusa to cooperation threaten his position, permission ofd Jounin comittee is neccessary because Ninja troop must secure the Kusa's later life.
Other members job look like runners. But it's different they are the slave of organization.
(Street Ninja is same. But they are more free because their jobs are fluid and not always are.)

Vetaran Jounin is a leader of Ninja troops and one of important members in the magical group lead by Okashira(boss).His personality is not cruel.But he can do everything merciless without expression,if neccessary.All Jounins are trained to have superhuman self-control and patience.Veteran Jounin is with experiences of practice them in many dead edges.If one Jounin could not keep them,he is dead.
Veteran Jounin's non-human self-control will never been broken when he must kill who he loves.
But he is a human too. Those tragedies often make trauma on his mind and it's not strange this would be his doom.
(One who can take Jounin as contact is a member of same ninja troops or member of employer corporate of ninja troop.If freelance runner,he can choose Jounin of street ninja.(well,that runner sometimes works as part-time Genin.))
