One can sign a contract with Docwagon the same way as in UCAS. But Docwagon Japan is a health provider of "Kousei-Kumiai"Without former ID of health provider, it would not accept to be a member of "Kousei-Kumiai". Unlike other Japanese health providers, Docwagon Japan checks the ID only once at first contract.
Docwagon services are the same as in UCAS. But like other Japanese health providers they think the more highly of contract with corporations than with persons.
If a metahuman wants to make contract with Docwagon Japan, only one choice is allowed for contract,as "Marebito-Kumiai".
If the metahuman has already made a contract with Docwagon in UCAS or other nations, some procedures are necessary. (Ask Docwagon staffs!)
Almost all of their contracts are corporate contracts. But personal contract can be made.
The employees and their family may pay only 10% for normal health care cost, 50% for hospital charges and 70% for resuscitation. If payed more 2000 newyen per year, they get one free resuscitation per year. If the employee could not pay, his corporation would pay. Of cource, the corporation thinks the employee must reimbursed it someday.
Docwagon Japan takes this form for corporate contract.
In case of a personal contract, the personal member must pay 5000 newyen per year and all cost of all medical services. But there are some optional services (depend on each health provider). Docwagon Japan has Gold, Platinum and Super-platinum services same as Docwagon in UCAS.
For emergency, the health providers get Helicopters and the latest model of ambulances and they made agreement those vehcles and staffs respond to other provider's customers. Urbasn response time is less than 10 minutes to arrival and less than more 10 minutes to take in emergency hospital.
Local goverment manages this. So various forms are each local government. For example, one city manages this directly and another town commissions to health providers. Here is a case of Fukuoka megaplex below.
Cost: 0 But DNA sample and retinal pattern must be brought forward.
Services: All medical cost is 100%. Metahumans are charged more 50% (total 150%). Emergency response time is depend on health providers (can be considers same as Kokumin-Kumiai). Japanese providers response time is doubled or more for metahumans.
Note: After an emergency service, emergency docter must report to police station about the situation. The reason is anounced caution for crimes by forigners, diplomatic trouble and foreign plagues.

The cost of street to low life style is same as humans. But middle or higher life style cost doubled and humanics attack or robber would appear 1d6 times per month. The robbers or humanics are low or lower life style humans and they are sometimes alone and sometimes a band.
In JIS, it is forbidden for a metahuman can use magic. If the police knows a metahuman casted a spell, the metahuman would be arrested. To resist means death.
