Internally JIS,with consideration of Imperial Authority ,it's never welcome corporation's armed conflict.
So ,any corporation likes to win government high official to its side and settle it political.

JIS don't ignore the rights and interests of corps.Corporate armed-selef-deffence is permited in its sites.But that is tightly limited.
Because peace of the JIS must be made by JIS own,then it will be never permited to use needless(they judge) weapons.
Corporate security force in JIS are armed with pistols or shotguns,stunbutton and armour jackets.
No heavy or auto weapons,no heavy armors are permited.

And the permit is limited to use for self-deffence of corporate property.Arrest criminal and getting back the stolen goods must trust to the police.(But co-operation such as man-power will be made.)
In exchange for these limits, the police must patrol arround of corpo-sites to suppress and first response of crimes.
