Hashiwaza Cabinet won highest popularity and it seemed all business would turn to good.
But next eaR 1996,business was cast of shadow.
Impatient Hashiwaza Cabinet announced examination of currency unit.
Therefore Hashiwaza Cabinet's popularity showed only a little down on public opinion poll.

In 1998,a riot broke out in Osaka.Even though moving in armored limousine,former Prime Minister Hashiwaza was assassinated.Supprised at this news,the Prime Minister Omoto fleed abroard.None knows Omoto's whereabouts after it.
This year,5 Prime Minister stood and retired for a half year.Some retreat soon and some were assassinated. Japanease goverment was almost stunrd.
Some movement to recover the national order appeared.And some bills to restorate before Hashiwaza.But conferance was only dancing in the Diet.
Another hand, asian situation became dangerer than dangerer.U.S. force in Japan and Japanease Self Deffence Force had to maintenance their ability. It was the only function Japan held.
In 1999,one of Imperial Family rose up.After return from studying abroad,Okutukinomiya the second son of Emperor Sakae,broke the taboo and began political suggestions and actions actively.Much people had an antipathy but much more had friendly feeling to this young prince.
His action and timing were correct.Some indications of recovery of order were appeared.
In 2000,goverment restore the leadership.The Ministry of International Trade and Industry made administrative guidance to each corpolations include megacorps.Since then, megacorps can't hold limitless rights and interests in Japan.
In this year many terrorism and a lawsuit attacked Okutukinomiya.
In 2001,the Science and Technology Agency announced the energy satellite project.Some megacorps offered to support with technical expert and money the project and the Science and Technology Agency accepted it.
First trial of Prince Lawsuit.The Okutukinomiya's nobly bearing in court made peaple to support him.The suspicion was violation to the Constitution on Japan, then Constitution Reform movement appeared.Many idea of that were.But Few were democratic.
Census of this year reported Japanease Economy got well.
In 2002,Constitution Reform bill was fixed by well-infoRmated persons who were invited by the Ministry of Justice.
Second trial of Prince Lawsuit,it's seemed Okutukinomiya side were near victory.
In 2003,the Plebisite bill for Constitution Reform was passed.And it was determined plebisite would be made in 2004.
Same year,the judgement of Prince Lawsuit was passed.Contrary expectations,that was guilty.Soon the Okutukinomiya side apealed.Some days after the judgement,the presiding judge was murdered at his home.It isn't cleared who killed him still now.
In 2005,the plebisite for Constitution Reform and Consent to the new Constitution was done.The result was only just passed.The Imerial Declaration was drafted.
And this year,Japanease Economy was completely restored.
In 2006.Japan became the Japanease Imeprial State.
