盗難紛失時の措置
★先ず警察に届けて、盗難・紛失証明書をもらう。

●パスポートを紛失し、再発行してもらう手続き。
1.警察に届け盗難紛失証明書を発行してもらう。
2.在外公館に届け、在外公館の領事部で再発行してもらう。
3.必要書類は
　一般旅券再発行申請書 ２通
　写真（4.5 ×3.5 cm） ２枚
　紛失届 １通
　現地警察の盗難紛失届受理証明書 １通
4.再発行所要日は数日から二週間くらい。
5.紛失旅券の番号・発給年月日・発行地のコピーがあれば、早く出る。
6.紛失国から直接日本に帰るときは、旅券の代わりに「帰国の為の渡航書」を発行してもらう事もできる。
　渡航書発給申請書 １通
　日本国籍を証明する書類（パスポートコピー）
　写真（4.5 ×3.5 cm） ２枚
　手数料二千円相当現地通貨


●旅行小切手（ﾄﾗﾍﾞﾗｰｽﾞﾁｪｯｸ）を紛失した場合の手続き。
1.警察に届け、盗難・紛失証明書を発行してもらう。
2.T/C の発行会社・取扱銀行に届ける。
　 届に必要な書類。
　　　現地警察の盗難紛失届受理証明書 １通
　　　旅券など身分を証明するもの
　　　T/C を購入した時の控え

旅行小切手を盗られました。

同時に紛失しないようT/C の控えはT/C と別に保管のこと。
再発行には既使用分と再発行をうける分のT/C 番号、額面、数量などのデータが必要になる。
両替日や場所などの使用記録を確り付けておくこと。
再発行には二三日かかる。


●クレジットカードを紛失。カードのキャンセル・再発行。
1.発行会社・取扱銀行にすぐ届け、他人に不正使用されないよう手を打つ。
2.銀行の緊急用アドレス・電話番号を控えておく。
3.再発行に二三週間かかる。

1.普通航空券。
　　 警察の証明書をとって最寄りの航空会社の支店に行く。
2.格安航空券。
　　 再発行はしない場合が多い。リコンファームしてある場合は善処してくれることあり。
