Corrugated sheet method
The corrugated sheet was made by bending a board of aluminum
It's glued together while holding from above.
Steel plate guide method
The sticks are pressed between two steel plates..
Rolling method
It rolls on the flat board.
Washing scissor method
When gluing two sticks together, this method is convenient.
Note for gluing more than two sticks and making a thick stick
| To prevent making a weak point of the bridge, you may not line up the gaps between each toothpick. Shearing stress (blue arrow) that impacts the next toothpick supplements the lack of tensional stress (red arrow) that impacts the glued part. |
Sticks are used as the materials of the bridge.
