2. Stitch Patch

"Stitch Patch" patchs with polygon on the selected points.

a)
Patch

"Stitch Patch" functions based on the the polyline as well as "Stitch Center/Side".
It can patch with only quadrangle-polygon. (can't pacth with triangle-polygon.)
Polygons are made between polylines like a ladder.

b) Patching 1 Polyline

You can patch on 1 polyline. This line must be formed by even-number points.
If it is open-line, it is bridged in a half.

If it is close-line, it is bridged in acutest angle part. (as well as "Stitch Center/Side")

c) Patching 2 Polyline

You can patch on 2 polyline. Number of points must be same in both lines.
If both lines are open-line, near end-points in each lines are bridged, and all other points are bridged in order.

If one is open-line and another is close-line, end-point of lower number in open-line and point near it in close-line are bridged, and all other points are bridged in order.
If both are close-line, point of lowest number in all and point near it are bridged, and all other points are bridged in order. (as well as "Stitch Center/Side")

d) Patching in other case

In other case, as well as "Stitch Center/Side", it functions with the following algorithm.

no any case.
can't paitch

delete polygons besieged by points.

re-analyze whether it's possible.

if possible, patch!!

In this case, it asks by dialog. Because polygon before execution is remade.

e) Polygon's UV and Normal

"Stitch Patch" has 2 settings about patching polygon. These is on the "Stitch&Sew Settings" dialog.
(It opens from plugin menu. )

Enable "Inherit UVW". If edit object has UVW-tag, patching polygons inherits UV value.
In standard tool("Bridge","Make Polygon"), it is uninheritable.

Enable "Always Align To Normals". Patching polygon's normals match other. But this functions on all polygons of edit object. Therefore, when you edits object that has surface mixed, disable this.
When disabled, in each execution it asks "Do reverse normals?" in the dialog. You can select there.
