edit slider for adjusting vertex weight





introduction


"WeightIt!" is the dialog for editing VertexWeight.
Requires: Cinema4DXL v6.3 or later.






explanation


By adjusting slider, you can edit the weight of active points.

During slide, weight is updated in real time. So you can see deformation in real time.

It can not edit polygons. So it is used in the point mode.



‡@ Menu

--VertexMap You can create and select VertexMap.
When active object has VertexMapTags, those are listed up on this menu (maximum 20).
--Selection You can set and restore PointSelection Tag.



‡A Mode

When you edit multiple points, choose following mode.

--Set The slider's value is setted on selected points.
--Add/Sub The slider's value is added/subtracted on selected points.
In this case, the center of slider is 0%, right is +50%, left is -50%.
--Flatten It flattens all weights to average value. (like a smoothing)
In this case, the slider's value is intensity of flatness.


‡B Step

Restrict step of slider.
(0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 5.0, 10.0)



‡C Edit Only VertexMap

If this enable, you can edit without selecting VertexMap.
This is option for no colored view. (red-yellow).




‡D Select Button

You can select points with specific weight. Specific weight is [value%]+[tolerance%].
When there are active points, it function on active points.
When there is not active point, it function on all points.
