How to read Diagnostic Report
Various numerical values are printed on the diagnostic result report. If
the meaning of the number is understood, it will turn out which portion
is out of order.

ALT98 Test Procedure |
The Test Procedure is the inspection method of a product. I want to consider whether the test method which is different in what method and order is created, and to see. In ALT98, the function inspected by the different test method for every product is added. By changing the test method, it can also see at both of times of starting and an end. Print interpreter(IPRINT) is an software module built in ALT98 and ST10 tester. It allows a wide list of parameters to be printed in different formats and units. The basic idea is the customer is able to load in the tester description of the report and IPRINT interprets this report and inserts the actual test results into the data fields in a format specified in the description. This way statistical data, labels and reports can be customized in fast and easy way.
