Special order enable you to make a timely purchase of your choice in real auto auctions with an assistance of our staff.

First, narrow down your choice and tell us what exactly you are looking for. This information should include vehicle name, specific model no. prefered engine capacity, type of transmission, type of fuel, year of the first registration, prefered color, approximate budget and etc. If you don't have enough information of what you are looking for, please throw some hint to sales staff. We will send you sample photos of what you may be asking for until both images match.

Secondly, we will do the research and tell you if your budget is appropriate for the vehicle you are asking. If it is possible, then we will be sending you a pro-forma invoice which you can use to arrange wire transfer of down payment to us. The amount of down payment depends on what you are ordering, so please ask when you are making a special order.

Thirdly, once we receive your down payment, we will start the search and keep you informed of the progress. This includes sending auction images & car description of potential unit coming up in auction in 1-2 days to make sure that you will see what you are buying before auction.

Finally, when the purchase is made according to your instruction, we will be sending you full angle pictures of the vehicle as well as balance invoice and then we will arrange shipment when we confirm the balance in our account.
