Step 1 : Making a choice Please make your choice from our current stock and give us your confirmed order by sending chassis no. of selected vehicle along with your full physucal address, telephone no., final destination, port of discharge and your payment plan so as to enable us to make a reservation and raise a pro forma invoice. Link to Auto Works stock list *Step 2 : Arranging payment* Once pro forma invoice(s) are delivered, you are requested to make an immediate payment arrangement by Wire Transfer as per instruction on the invoice(s). Reservation of cars will be valid for 7-20days depending on customers finance situation. Cars reserved for long with no sign of payment will be subject to prior sale without notice. *Step 3 : Shipment* Shipping preparation will start once your full payment is confirmed. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks until your car is fully prepared for shipment. This process includes general inspection and re-condition of your car obtaining the official qualification from cretain inspectors (such as JAAI, JEVIC and etc. depends on your market), bringing your vehicle to the port yard where all cars ready for shipment are once gathered for booking of a ship as well as custom clearance. Shipping schedule will be informed through e-mail when the booking of your car is made and confirmed by shipping agent. Final Step : Clearing your car Once shipping of your car is done, we will send you a set of shipping documents including Bill of lading and other related documents through air courier. Step 2 : Arranging payment

Once pro forma invoice(s) are delivered, you are requested to make an immediate payment arrangement by Wire Transfer as per instruction on the invoice(s).
