The viewer is invited to lie on the floor, hug one of the pillows, listen to the voices, and look up at the ceiling, from which dangling clothes appear to be people reaching out for help. This creates the curious experience of lying comfortably supine, yet feeling vulnerable to a sense of hovering tragedy.
