Eytan Mirsky is a New York-based power-pop singer/songwriter, best known for his three songs on The Tao of Steve soundtrack and for writing and producing the title song for the film Happiness, which was sung by Michael Stipe.
He has put out three albums. He also wrote the title song of the film "Happiness," which was sung by Michael Stipe.
His sound is like Nick Lowe;everyone thinks so, so check out his music.





Mannix

Mannix is a band in NYC. Joe Mannix is very influenced by Nick. His band just released their debut cd " Pretty Strange" and They're getting alot of good press.
I listened to only some tunes. But they all reminds me of Brinsley Schwartz. Good Album!

Burnt Taters has the first CD out on Planetary Records, and they are all big Nick Lowe fans! They gota nice review in Billboard Magazine (they even suggested Dave Edmunds as agood producer for them)
I checked their some tunes and their songs reminds me of Roy Orbison.



Michael Shelley

Michel Shelley is a recording artist. He has an album out called "Half empty". And his new album is "Too Many Movies". This is pretty good album!!
L.A. Weekly says 'Like a cross between Jonathan Richman at his most earnest and Nick Lowe at his most tuneful.'
Of course I listened to his album. It reminds me of Nick's pop country tunes. Melodies are very beautiful.
Recently I've listened to his another albums. Every album is quite good! I recommend you!!

Sid is a Nick Lowe fan, and Billy Bremner has played on several of Sid's
band The Coal Porters recordings. Sid and Billy shared an apartment for
a while in Los Angeles.

He's a HUGE Nick Lowe fan. Nick has had a big influence on his music. Every music review has mentioned his Nick Lowe/Rockpile influence.
I've listened his album called 'The Man With The X-Ray Eyes'. I never listen to his music without feeling Nick Lowe. Some of his songs remind me of 'They Call It Rock', 'Born Fighter' and so on.
