Works to be performed
*Vocal soloists program for about 30 minutes
*Melody instrument's players program for about 50 minutes (oboe and gamba player for about 45 minutes)
*Lute's players program for about 40 minutes, combining repertories for solo and basso continuo
*Participants for the instrument without obligatory works program for about 30 minutes with only optional repertories
*If not particularly mentioned, repeats to be played are left to players

*Juries select pieces or parts of them to be played. The pieces for the preliminary round are announced on the 01. May morning and for the final round immediately after the announcement of finalists

Notice:
:The committee provides harpsichords (a'=415 and 440) and organ (a'=415)
1) If participants have some questions or wishes about type, pitch, temperament etc. of instruments, make contact with the committee
2)All pieces must be arranged to be played with only one accompanist
3)Accompanist must be brought by participants (if impossible, make contact with the committee)
*Lute- Optional repertories combining solo pieces and basso continuo playing
1)Many types of lute may be used
2)Participants must play basso continuo at least 10 minutes
3)Soloist (singer, player) must be brought by participants

Terms of Entry
a) The competition is open to anyone, regardless of age, nationality or experience
b) Applicants must submit the following:
:Completed application form
*Program with duration of each pieces listed
*Six copies of all scores in either A4 or B5 format, each piece bound separately
*Lute players must give not only tablatures but also scores on the staff notation
c) A registration fee of 10,000 Yen, to be paid by the 31st March 2010 at the latest into the Post Office a/c# 00220-8-19023
If applicants from abroad have difficulty to send money to Japan, don't send check or such things but make contact with the committee
