DEVELOPMENT OF PRACTICAL SYSTEMS:
1. 2 level on-line economic load dispatching(ELD)
method for thermal plants for Hokkaido Electric
Power Company at Prof. Tamura's Lab. from
1985 to 1987. The system is now in service
at the central dispatching center of the
company.
2. An expert system for estimating faulted
sections in control centers for Shikoku Electric
Power Company from 1987 to 1990. The system
is now in service at three control centers
of the company and will be in service at
two more control centers in 1993 and 1995.
3. An expert system for generating restoration
procedures in regional control centers for
Electric Power Development Company from 1990
to 1991. The system is now in service at
one regional control center of the company.
4. A Genetic Algorithm based distribution
planning system in distribution control centers
for Kansai Electric Power Co. in 1998. The
system was installed at 8 control centers
of the company.
5. Four systems of on-line and off-line load
forecasting, and generation
planning and control systems for Osaka Gas
Company in 2001.
6. A power system analysis tool under introduction
of distributed generators using fast distribution
power
flow calculation and reactive tabu search
for Kansai Electric Power Company in 2002.
7. Three systems of a Particle Swarm Optimization based factory utility
facility optimal operation for an automable company in 2002.
