LDP's constituional gist (4/4/05) only obscures human rights further, which have long been found so obscure that LDP now cannot help finding them obscure, only to obscure, even at this critical juncture, the LDP's initial obscuring of such rights. (Its draft Article 12 [1/8/05] seems to be as right a correction to its existing one as my longtime assertion. Let's wait and see how it will be finalized.)

　自民党の憲法案要綱 (05/4/4) が人権の曖昧化を深めるだけなのは、人権が曖昧だと長く言われ続けて自民党も今回は曖昧だと認めざるを得なかったのに、そもそもは自民党が人権を曖昧にしたのを、この期に及んでも、曖昧にしたままにしようとしているからだ。（同党の第12条文案 [05/8/1] は、筆者の長年の主張に沿った正誤作業と認められるので、成り行きに注目したい）。
