![]() BISTRO YOSHIDA One of my favorite thing is swimming ! I don't need to be concerned about anything inside water. When I have some trouble, I usually escape to the pool nearby. because I can take my cheeful feeling back after that. Five years ago, I couldn't swim but though now- all four strokes ok ! Pretending to be something like a fish, try to get into water. And beside I hope I can jump into the some south sea - Phillippines or Okinawa- like my friend in another county. I guess I can see I was a fish a long long time ago, through the memory of my own gene. ![]() |

Tokyo VS Osaka
about train-------
I think that custmers in Osaka talk roudly in the train rather than in Tokyo.
Especially at the night. Osaka people from kids to old has been laughing and talking
if they never sleeping and they are alone..
I use the Hanshin line very often, People is in feeling very cheerful or feeling like something mourning.
It seems to depend on the progress of the battle as for Hanshin Tigers!
But,in Tokyo, It is rarely to encounter the spot like that. (But I never know the situation around Tokyo Dome)As for equipments, Tokyo's has more pop-color, style, so on. And more convenient. Because A lot of the line of subway -includes New line like O-edo-sen- work and Transfar is easier. Connecting to other lines is available and going smoothly, even if the one stop at a sudden by an accident of computer or something. Rokko Liner(Monorail to island I live in)was gone. Viewing from the window, Hankyu Line(Kansai Area)is much better. I can always enjoy the town road where trees are changing colors-sometimes from green to red, sometimes pinkish because of cherry blossoms. From subway, I can't look anything but wall. (2003 4/16) ABOUT Dietary------ To keep the health physically and mentally, and to keep the style as you are very young in body forever. It is very very difficult, right ? I've tried to go to swim at the pool nearby these six or seven years as possible. But It isn't so easy to continue it regularly nor Only swimiming-it isn't so enough to keep enerything. I think the very important thing is "dietary". Yes ! Recentry, I changed the staple food from the white rice to the brown rice. The brouwn rice includes much much dietary fiber and vitaminB, futhermore much nutritive value like Tonkatsu Set- deep pork fry, fresh cabbages, rice and misosoop. And you need to chew many times because of that the brown rice is not melty. So while you are chewing rice, you feel your appetite is getting down. In that case, the thing goes the way of dietting. About taste? Rough and fregrant like a brown bread-I love it ! But It's depends on taste you like. Hope you try it. (2002 8/18) ABOUT Ah Hoh----- Although Japan seem to be consist of one nation, have a lot of culture and languages with different accented in each district-area. Especially, as for Kansai culture-I should call it so-It has been invaded into the center of Capital through TV programs and soaked into all the Japanese people by comedians from Kansai for a long time . But They can't say that everything in Kansai language has been understood. Different languages don't have only different accents but also different means. Kasai people say to friends"Ah-Ho"very often. Ah-Ho means fool, idiot, stupid, ridiculous, clumsy and so on in English dictionary. It is very closer to Ba-Ka in Japanese, but it is so close and so far. Because when Kansai people use the word "Ah-Ho", they feel something familier to the other to talk. And with feelings that they want to cheer up and encourage. "You are Ah-ho very much." When you say to the other, this seem to be the proof that you must be friends. If there was distance between you and the other, Ah-ho can't be said among you. That's why- Please don't missunderstand that I say Ah-ho to you. But !when I say Ah-ho behind you, this Ah-ho means I hate you ! Actually, It is very very difficult to convey what I mean to the other who has the other language ! Even within the same country. (2002 7/23) ABOUT Mr, Bassman---- All the audience were spacing out infront of the bassman and his friend. People who never love jazz say jazz is complex and difficult. And people who never know the real music say jazz is boring. But all of them might have noticed what is the real thing because of touching their soul. Over the style, logic and custom, Their soul will exist inside people for a while. Off cource, inside me too. The gratest bassplayer will leave people who had got impressed in Japan. ----From Japan tour of Satoshi Inoue(guitar)and Kiyoshi Kitagawa(bass) (2002 7/9) ABOUT TO EXTRACT COFFEE---- Now I keep to extract coffee everymorning after I do the house work roughly. The way is to pour hot water into coffee by myself without coffee machine. At the first try, coffee got swollen up like a dome. Next, I take a deep breath, so do second throw. It is very important to make good things. Have to concentrate to throw hot water to coffee from the center to the border like drawing circle slowly. The same goes for the third try. The point is concentration. It makes me feel fresh and relax, And make me a little tense for thinking about the begining of the day. -But sometimes, too relaxation makes me fall into a light sleep. A little bitter taste, I love it very much. (2002 6/27) ABOUT Organic Restrant---- Recently I go to the Organic Restrant with my friends or family. The name is "Akkerakan An". Akkerakan in Japanese means easy going , generous, enjoy the life and so on. Anyway Junko who is the owner of this shop is as it is. One of my favorite is "Obanzai Plate". The plate is made of three main and side dishes-Line up is changing everyweek-soup, dessert and Japanese tea. The surprising price is 980 yen ! Adding to this, I order Chai-Indian tea, Akkerakan style Chai include soy milk instead of ordinary milk -and grain coffee very often. I never feel any regret if I had much portion here. Because I never put quite a bit bad things in my bady. The location is in front of Tsuruhashi elementary school. Only up to here as for details. Because I don't wanna let you know my refuge.I wonder why you can find the shop ---giggle (2002 6/22) |
