  It is still the way middle to put dentures. Then, we adjust dentures,so we make dentures suitable for the patient. At that time,surprisingly,we can't listen to the patient's voice. A patient gets tense,so a jaw exercise is done to liberate a strain during 2 hours. It is necessary for us to watch how a patient bites. Adjustment is made easy if you relaxed and you bite in usual manners. We observe how you bite food.   We give a patient occlusion,but given occlusion may not be in the right position, perfection doesn't exist,so we observe how a patient bites food. Finally we must and can correct dentures. Until denture is completely completed, neither we nor a patient can confirm the performance of dentures. A patient can't confirm the performance of dentures with wax dentures,it is difficult to bite in the same way as usual. Patient can't confirm for wax denture breaking. We can't confirm the performance of denture if it is not the shape which an artificial tooth was stuck to. If it is not completed denture, we can't clearly confirm the performance of denture . Wax dentures and artificial teeth sticked wax dentures are necessary to complete dentures, if denture isn't completed, no one can't know a sense and a comfort of denture,it means,it doesn't ascertain that denture is bad or good to the last end. A lower jaw can be sometimes moved at the back at the time of the completion,a lower jaw comes out in front a little each when it keeps using the artificial tooth which was scratched and which decreased for a long time. We decide a position to bite with taking the position where it used into account,too. Some patient who can't bite in the back suddenly,too, some patient tries to bite in front,so face profile doesn't improve. Some patient bites to move at the back little by little, too. If biting position becomes stable with new dentures,patient can easily bites. Biting position differs each person,it is personality how a person bites food. Biting way is how patient eats from birth,it is the evidence of the personal history to gain. Wee decide biting position,considering patient individual condition. We can't recognize that given biting position is true or not to the last end, so responsibility is dued for both patient and your dentist. It is the reason that patient and dentist must corporate to overcome difficulty. We must adjust dentures at the end. We reduce width to adjust as much as possible. We limit a painful place,reason a cause,adjust dentures.

  Overturning action makes pain because artificial dental height on the opposition side of the painful place is a little high. We bring about pain because a bone under the mucous membrane is a little sharp. We also bring about pain because the gums are thin. A bone is too soft, and it may not be able to stand occulusal pressure,and causes vary. dentures are the goods that a complaint comes out from the various people.
