Agriculture in the 21st Century
My name is Shigeki Tanaka and I am a cognitive neuroscientist at
Jin-Ai University
, Tekefu, Japan
I peacefully live my cocooning life with my wife, Akemi, our three sons, Jiu, Riku, and Baku, a dog, Rain, two cats, Bo and Ma, and six hens (only three of them lay eggs). We live in the town of Kizu, which is in southern Kyoto. We strive to get as much as we can from our garden and fields.
My wife and I both work as medical doctors two days a week at
Okatani Hospital
in Nara.
I mainly tend to see neurological cases, and she takes care of OB/GYN.
I am also a member of the research staff at the
MRI Department, Institute of Electrical Technology, Ministry of International Trade and Industry
, and presently taking part in a fMRI research project.
I hope you visit my BBS,
WEBNEURO BBS
where we talk on various topics including psychology.
