- ごま団子 The sesame dumplings
<材料 4人分 The stuff for 4 men>
小麦粉又は白玉粉 Flour or rice flour for
fumplings 1and 1/2 cups
水 water
1/2 cup
白煎りごま White sesame
1/2 cup *
砂糖 sugar(not granulated sugar)
1 tablespoon *
しょうゆ soy sauce
2 teaspoons *
塩 salt
a pinch *
*印は適宜調整 You can change the stuff
of *sign properly.
- Measure and add flour to the bowl. After,add
water and knead flour as soft as earlobe's
solidity.
- Roll up into balls as small as quarters and
press dough. Boil the dough with boiling
water.Pick the dough in net when the
dough
float on the water.
- Grind white sesame.Add sugar,soy sauce,salt
to sesame and blend .
- Add dough to sesame and blend while warm.
- ナスの中華風煮つけ Eggplant boiled with
chinese sauce

なす eggplant 1
油 oil
1 teaspoon
水 water 1
cup
しょうゆ soy sauce 4
tablespoons
みりん(Mirin) sweet sake
4 tablespoons
砂糖 sugar(not granulated sugar) 1and
1/2 tablespoons
豆鼓醤 black bean garlic sauce
1 teaspoon
酢 natural flavored distilled vinegar
2 tablespoons
しょうが ginger a
piece as like as the tip of a thumb
にんにく garlic a
clove of garlic
ねぎ green onion (you can get it in the
japanese
foods shops or 99) 5inch
- Cut s eggplant into dice and soak for 10
min in cold warter.After,pick them in
net.Cut
the ginger,garlic,green onion into tiny
pieces.
- Spread oil in a pan and add eggplant.Fry
for a few minutes.
- Add water,soy sauce,sweet sake,sugar,black
bean garlic sauce,vinegar in a pan.And,add
ginger,garlic,green onion in a pan ,too.
- Boil down to a proper consistency with a
medium flame.
- フルーツティラミス Fruit tiramisu
<材料 9インチ丸型 The stuff for 9inch circle
pan>
冷凍ミックスベリー frozen mix berry 2 packs
砂糖 sugar ジャム用 for jam 3〜4 tablespoons
チーズ用 for cheese 1〜2 tablespoons
水 water 1 cup
レディーフィンガービスケット
Lady finger biscuits 2 boxes
ラズベリーリキュールRaspberry liqueur or brandy 1 tablespoon
マスカルポーネチーズ Mascarpone cheese 1 box (8oz)
(mozzarella fresca,Italian cream cheese)
バニラエッセンス vanilla 2 teaspoons
*いちご strawberry 1 basket
*ラズベリー raspberry 1 box
*ブルーベリー blueberry 1 box
- Boil the frozen mix berry with a cup of water.
Add sugar for jam.
- Boil the berry until juice. Extract a cup
of juice from the pan,and cool down.
Boil
the berry continuously until jam.
- Add liqueur to the juice.
- Cut the biscuits to 3inch.Dip them into the
juice, and put them side and bottom of the
circle pan.(Side of sugar is outside.) Dip
the surplus biscuits into the juice.
- Add sugar and vanilla to Mascarpone cheeze
in the bowl. Whip up them.
- Spread the 1/2 jam,1/2 Mascarpone cheeze
and put the fruits, the surplus biscuits.
- Once more,spread the 1/2 jam and 1/2 cheese.
Decorate the top with the fruits.
- Cool the tiramisu in the refrigerator from
4 hours to a night.
