在留資格認定証明書交付の手続き及び留意事項
申請のありました在留資格認定証明書を発行します。
交付後の入国手続き及び留意事項は下記の通りです。

１ 交付後の入国手続き
（１）在留資格認定証明書記載の名義人等が日本国在外
公館（日本大使館又は領事館）で日本国査証（VISA）
申請を行う。
（２）日本国査証（VISA）申請を行うときに在留資格認定
証明書を提示する。
（３）日本国査証が発給された場合、在留資格認定証明書
が返却されますので、同証明書を我が国の空港（海港）
における上陸申請のときに入国審査官へ提出する。
２ 注意事項
（１）在留資格認定証明書は、日本国査証（VISA）に代わる
ものではなく、日本国入国前に日本国在外公館（日本
大使館又は領事館）に対し、在留資格認定証明書を提示
して日本国査証（VISA）申請を行わなければなりませ
ん。
日本国査証（VISA）を取得していなければ、上陸の
許可を受けることができません。
（２）在留資格認定証明書を海外へ郵送する場合は、書留
郵便で行うなど紛失しないように注意してください。

Procedures & Cautionary Items
Concerning Receipt of the Certificate of Eligibility
1. Procedures for Entry into Japan
a. The person listed on the Certificate of
Eligibility is to go to an overseas Japanese
embassy or consulate and apply for a visa.
b. That person is to show his/her Certificate
of Eligibility at the time of visa application.
c. In the event of a visa being issued.Then
Certificate of Eligibility will be returned to
the applicant, who is to present it to
immigration officials at the time of his/her
application for permission to enter Japan at
his/her arrival airport or port.
2. Cautionary Items
a. The Certificate of Eligibility does not replace
a visa, and before ebtering Japan, you must apply
for visa at a Japanese embassy or consulate
abroad by producing the Certificate of
Eligibility.
You will not be given a landing permission unless
you possess a visa.
b. In the event of the Certificate of Eligibility
being mailed overseas, Please be careful to use
measures such as registered mail to prevent
losing it.
