The seven SD40-2s were kitbashed from Athearn old models, appeared in the July/1999 issue of the Japanese "Train" magazine. The article was co-written by Shunichi Suzuki. My engine numbers are 1876(Bi-centennial), 7023 (SD45's radiator), 7151 (one of the first white face), 7890 (natural gas), 7500 (SD40-2B), 7501 (SD40-2B) and 7502 (SD40-2B).

The two Chicago Commuter E9As were kitbashed from Proto 2000 E8A, appeared in the January/1996 of the "Train" magazine. I just saw really these engines in 1993.

GATC Airslide Covered hoppers are models from Walthers, Eastern Car Works, and Con-Cor. Some were painted by me. I want to try a BN green-painted DryFlo as the next, and to know the lettering. Does anyone supply the photograph to me?

70-ton Cement Hoppers, ACF (or AAR) types are models by Bowser, Kato and Eastern Car Works. PS-2 2-bays are Atlas and RDC. The gray-painted PS-2 was converted to a late version from a Atlas.

100-ton Cement Hoppers, ACF Center-Flow. CF2971 was converted from Accurail CF4600 (3-bay). CF3200 was done from McKean CF4650 (3-bay). These models appeared in the January/2000 of the "Train."

Grain ACF Center-Flow, Pre-1971 style were kitbashed from Athearn CF5250 (4-bay), Mckean CF4650 (3-bay) and Accurail CF4600 (3-bay). These models appeared in the January/2000 of the "Train."

Grain ACF Center-Flow, After-1971 style are all Accurail. These models appeared in the January/2000 of the "Train."

Grain Cylindrical Covered Hoppers are models of ACF manufactured. All are Atlas's 3-bay and 6-bay models. 3-bays were painted by me.

>From CSX, BN borrowed three AC4400CWs to test GE's AC engines in 1995. I detailed up Athearn's Un-numbered models. GE test car is OMI-imported brass.
