Policies
Eligibility - Participants should be over 18 years old. Childrens must be accompanied
by a parent or guardian. If you have any physical considerlations, please
let us know when you book. Unfortunately, we don't have any specialists
to take care of and any motor viecle, but we do our best based on your
situations.
Reservations - Reservations should be made 10 days prior to the day you want to take
advantage of. No deposit is required for any services.
Cacellations - If you must cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon
as possible. If cancellation notice is received 5 days prior to the tour,
no charge is reuqired. If the notice is received within 4 days, you have
to pay \2,000 per a person at the hotel you're going to stay. If you are
not available to send the message of cancellation, please call at the telephone
mentioned below.

Reschedule - You will be given the opportunity to reschedule at a later date in case
that the notice of change is 2 days prior the date of tour.
Payment - Payment has to be made at the end of the tour. If some unexpected spoil
your tour, we never ask to pay.
Insurance - No insurance protection is included in the price. We strongly recommend
to take advantage of travel insurance by yourself.
