Miki Ishii was born in Tokyo, Japan.
Graduated from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California
(BFA illustration) in 1986.
Since then, she has been working as a freelance illustrator in Japan.
Her works have appeared in over 200 book covers, magazine editorials, CD covers, advertisement and theater posters.
Miki lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two daughters.
