1. The consultant offers his knowledge through a meeting with the client.

2. The client pays consulting fee and travelling expense to the consultant.

3. The client offers the meeting place free of charge.

4. The language used in the meeting is Japanese or English.

5. The consultant does not bear the liability of any result of the client's decision after the consulting.

6. The consultant strictly keeps the content of meeting confidential.

Service area (meeting site) (2009-2010):

-Japan, Korea, The Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Singapore, France, Germany, Switzerland and U. K.
This limitation is based on the fact that the consultant is accustomed to travelling only in these countries.
If one of the following persons attends the consultant's travel, the meeting site is free from the area limitation:
-Members of CIRP
-OBs of Masuzawa Lab.

Payment:

1. Consulting fee:
-In Japan: See Japanese page.
-In other countries: 1,000 Euros or equivalent Japanese yen per one time of meeting with the duration within 4 hours.

2. Travelling cost:
-In Japan: See Japanese page or ask the detail referring the page of Ordering and Inquiry.
-In other countries: Travelling cost consists of transportation cost from Narita Airport (Tokyo International Airport) to the place of meeting and 500 Euros that covers the cost for two nights of lodging including additional costs.

3. Payment:
-Payment by cash at the meeting site is requested.
-The estimation of the transportation cost will be issued in advance.
