Branko has an excellent reputation in Croatia not only as an athlete, but also as a hero of the Croatian War of Independence. He is also very famous in Japan for his great fights in the K1 tournament and the gPrideh fighting events. Through those fights, he made a lasting impression and gave courage to many Japanese. He is considered to be the best person for building a bridge between Japan and Croatia.

He writes numerous articles on Balkan politics, world intelligence, European politics and economy, international organized crime, WWII and other topics for many Japanese magazines including gSentaku,h gForesight,h gSeironh and gSekaishuho.h He also represents the Dutch press syndicate company gInternational Feature Agencyh in Japan, providing world intelligence for Japanese magazines.
Owner of Hakata Senpachi, a Japanese restaurant in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is also a director of So Kikaku B.V. and So Kikaku Japan. An aggressive young entrepreneur, he established his Japanese restaurant at the age of 23. In 1998, he visited Croatia as the first Japanese to do business with that country. At the time, he was seeking the possibility of importing Croatian marble stone to Japan. He is therefore a pioneer of Japan-Croatia business. He currently functions as a PR person for Croatia within the Japanese community in the Netherlands.
