Aikido is one school of_ martial arts developed by the Founder, Ueshiba Morihei, as he received strict mental training and mastered the heart of Japanese traditional martial arts. The purpose of Aikido does not intend to physically fight in vain, but to discipline one`s
mind and body while accomplish one with sincerity. He also said that “KEN no Riai(in agreement with_ the principle of swords) ”
was embodied in the moves of Aikido.
