| Rental housing situation of Japan (1) |
Being possible many of to come from foreign countries for the first time is surprised at the housing situation of Japan. It is height of the residence space and the rent with narrow many of reasons. However, there are circumstances of the surprise concealed in addition though it is likely to only have to endure only if it is it. It is true that cannot be contracted if there is no Japanese guarantor. The Japanese guarantor is a reality ..an impossible speaking it.. ..... a lot of peopleThe guarantee cost that ..fee.. becomes it hangs in it, and the case where the guaranty company cannot be used is more abundant though there is a case by which the guaranty company stands surety for this recently. The rent is high and narrow because land is in a word high, and the lean space is the same reason. It is especially high, and moreover, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro Roppongi, and the area called a popular region in Tokyo change neither Tokyo nor Shinagawa Ueno and, besides, are high. A cheap place centers on Yamanote Line in a word by Tokyo and is not an exaggeration to say it not is. Many of Japanese who are working at Tokyo will have to commute spending one time of the hour or more from Kanagawa Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, and Chiba Prefecture other than Tokyo, and to understand the reality to which it goes to school. |

| Garbage disposal |
Public regulations require that all garbage be sorted and left at a designated date and location. Burnable trash is picked up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Unburnable trash is picked up on Tuesdays. This regulation must be followed at all times. One reason for the strict rules is the increasing presence of crows throughout the Tokyo area. These birds attack trash collection points and create a major health hazard. Read the garbage disposal information at your Guest House and ask the staff if you have any questions.
