You Can Receive a Luxurious Article as a Gift.

A. Point distribution:

1. For a 1 day contract	There is no point
2. For a one month contract (For monthly installment)	3 points
3. For a Three months contract (For Three months advance payment)	10 points
4. For a Six months contract (For Six months advance payment)	22 points
5. For a 12 months contract (For One year advance payment)	50pt

B. Goal:

The above point distribution has been standardized in order to provide to new contractors, or those who have used Raise Corporation in the past such a service after payment.
We would like through this card to give guest additional benefits for staying in our Houses. The above mentioned card started being issued from October 1, 2007.

C. Special Point Distribution System

1. Group leader	5 Points per Month
2. Good Idea Prize (To any person who could give us any good suggestion or idea.)	3 points
3. Every "Raise" English conversation lesson participant	2 points
4. To whoever pays the monthly utility fees without delay on the 25^th	1 point

D. The contents of the luxurious article

1. with 5 point:	you can get a Free train pass, valid in the Tokyo area only.
2. with 10 Points:	Tokyo Dome outfield reserved seat pair ticket. Tokyo Dome attractions free pass. Fujikyu highland free pass. (If pair ticket is not mention only one ticket will be issued)
3. With 20 points:	The youth 18 Ticket will be issued.
4. With 30 points:	All nation Sushi ticket will be issued (Equivalency 15,000\, can be used anywhere in Japan)
5. With 40 points:	50% discount on the facility, if the contract needs to be extended.
6. With 50 points:	The Disneyland or Disney sea free pass will be issued for two persons.
7. With 60 points:	A Digital camera or an ipod　will be given.

E. Other privileges of Raise Point Card

1. The Kusatsu hot spring free lodging for all subscribers having a stay in Japan.( The schedule is the first who comes is the first to be served)

2. In January 2008,Raise House Osaka will open, and free ticket for a stay will also be available(Just arrange your transportation a room will be available for you)

F. Raise House membership requirements:

1. 200\ is required to be paid before the card is issued

2. The membership is a privilege reserved to those who are currently staying in Raise House.

3. In the case of withdrawal from the membership, the remaining points can not be exchanged with cash.

4. The card can not be transfer to any other person.

5. If it happens that the card is lost; an additional 200\ will be required before reissue.
