1961年当時の繊維問屋の上客です。両親は戦後、祖父に託され神田の店を再興、
さらに自立する親族に開業資金を全額工面、ために資金に窮して市川市の自宅
を売却、仕入先にも発注の解約を乞い、幸いにも容れられましたが

その直後(1957〜58)、今も社会に根付いている「正統な継嗣の観念」に基づい
て、起こされた屋号継承の裁判は、両親には癒やす術のない打撃になり、中学
生の私は、教室の授業中も不安が消えませんでした。


This photo was taken in 1961. Two of the center are my parents.
They had invited the regular customers (retailers) to some hot
spring resorts every year.

My grandfather entrusted revival of his store to my parents.
But after his death my grandmother and other six persons started
together a suit to inherit the trademark against my parents in 1957.

Two won the suit completely, but that had broken two's heart.
