Autobiography (Japanese) written by my grandfather (1884?-1949) lived in Asakusa and Kanda.

My mother's parents were born in Asakusa. It was told by my mother that her mother's father had been the chief of the Asakusa police station for a certain period of the Meiji era and that her mother before getting married had been employed in Nippon Ginko (The Bank of Japan) . On the other hand my mother's father wrote down his life of privation in Asakusa of the Meiji era in his autobiography.

I was born in Fuji-shi. Now I live in the suburbs of Tokyo. I take scenery photos while driving around the Kanto region with my wife, with my mother who was born in 1920, and occasionally with my sons and daughter of their old days. "Is Kanto large or small?" is the title of my album (Japanese).
