Before install

Before installing RDE, you must be able to run ruby.exe on Console Window(cmd.exe).（Recomended ruby distribution is mswin32 ）. If you are a beginner on Ruby, I recommend you to select ActiveScriptRuby(arton).

confirm the output of ruby's version on a Microsoft command interpreter (`command.com' or `cmd.exe')

C:\ruby\bin>ruby.exe -v
ruby 1.8.6 (2007-03-13 patchlevel 0) [i386-mswin32]
C:\ruby\bin>

Install RDE

Get the binary and HTML Help from Download page and install it.

Look the setup demo and the way to install.

Platform

RDE is available on Windows NT series. At least, the following environment are supported

Windows2000/XP(98/Me/NT maybe)
