Our counterparts are Dediapada Social Service Society and Adivasi Samajik Kendra Education Society. These two societies are located in Adivasi, Dediapada, Dist.Narmada, Gujarat. Dediapada province is in the countryside 300 km north of Bombay (Mumbai). This area is 1000 sq. km, has about 97,000 inhabitants, and consists of 214 villages.
In Adivasi, Dediapada, this area most of the local population is tribal. Needless to say tribe is a minority group looking from the all India.
In recent years India is widely noticed as a nation of information technology industry, but in rural area peoplefs life does not change mostly. Namely, their houses are constructed using timber and bamboo's available in the forests. The bamboo's are used to build the side walls which are plastered with cowdung mixed with mud. The roofs are covered with handmade tiles or with a kind of straw.
