Mid-winter training (2000)

Mid-winter trainingThe junior class was from 14th-16th January (Fri-Sun), the senior class was from 17th-22nd January (Mon-Sat). Both ran from 6:30am to 7:30am each day.

In the senior class more than 60 students practised every day.


On the first day, Nariyama Shihan gave a very interesting talk about the object of mid-winter training including an article by Jigoro Kano Sensei, the founder of Kodokan Judo.
