The name "Swan Academy" basicly came from the story of the Ugly Duckling. When people are inexperienced they lack confidence, especially when trying to learn anything new, and often feel like an "ugly duckling". But if anyone puts forth an effort, even just a little bit, they can improve themselves and rise above that feeling, to become a swan, so to speak. Don't expect quick results, just add to your learning, bit by bit and you'll see the change.

経験が無いと、新しいものに挑戦する時は「みにくいあひるの子」のように自信がないけど、だれでも努力すれば、少しずつ上達し、雛から白鳥に成長するように必ず克服できる。迅速な結果を期待しないで、地道に学習すると変化が見られるはずです。
