One day…
There was a large-scale invasion by the pirates at the colony where Azusa and his family were living. Their aim was the sources of the colony. The colony itself had a strong defense system for its own as such kind of thrust has been guessed, however, this time, the scale over came it. Azusa's parents took command of the people of the colony and the citizens fought well even though they were out numbered. However, as the battle went on harder it became for them to guard the colony and finally the pirates have cried out for joy. The wall has fallen and the raiders have entered the colony.
At that moment, Azusa was at the rear side of the colony fighting alone with the pirates. Most of the forces of the colony were defending the main gate and none were placed for the backside. From there the pirates came in. Azusa's parents were at the front party taking command and Azusa could not expect help from them, he had to work on his own. Only 10 years old he was, he had learned the martial art of Jurai from his mother who was once one of the imperial family and he was able to hold them by himself. The invaders did not guess such boy will be able to keep them from incoming the city and also the chase with Seto helped him. He stood long, long until the front force was broken and he was surrounded. Facing the main force alone in front and behind, nothing could be done now for a young boy.
'Hmm. Never have I thought that such a kid will fend us alone,' grumped the pirates and they did violence to the young captive again and again. No fear had been shown in the young boy's eyes but Azusa was rebuking himself in his heart that he could not protect the people.
Only if he had more power, he would not have let them done so.
Only if he had more strength, he could have saved everyone.
More was he mortified at it than the feeling of the pain and he did not moan however hard they basted him. After all this made the pirates get more furious, and in the end they pulled out their gun and aimed at him.
'You saucebox…'
Azusa was now facing death; the reaper was laying his sickle on his neck.
When I voice was heard for all of them,
'He is not a boy whom you can touch with such dirty hands.'
The voice was of Kamiki Seto transporting just in front of the pirates. In a graceful way she moved as if there were no battle and approached Azusa slowly step by step.
'Wha..What did you come for! Get away from here, you grimalkin!' Azusa cried out.
'Ah! So you care about me?' Called as a grimalkin, Seto laughed happily.
Having a beautiful lady before them, the bandits surrounded her looking up and down her wonderful proportion. It was obvious what they desired and some of them even were ready to lower their pants. However, one point they have missed of her; the costume she wore was the full-dress of the imperial family of Jurai.
'Get the hell out of here!' shouted Azusa, to whom one of the gangs gave a kick. Not weighing so much, Azusa rolled several times and groaned in pain and chagrin.
'I told you, do not touch him with your dirty hands,' remarking them, the tone of Seto changed. Feeling the burning force(気) of Seto, Azusa was exited and had gooseflesh all over him.
Showing a slavish smile, one of the pirates tried to touch Seto's chest; then the bandits were blown by an explosion. In point several seconds, the pirates who were near her were slashed down while more bursts of light appeared in the sky and a scream could be heard through the receiver.
"It's a lighting sail… it's the Jurai's ship!'
'Surrender, now,' quietly Seto called to the hundreds of pirates who where circling her. Gentle was her voice but an overpowering pressure was contained in it, though none of them noticed it.
'What can you do alone, lady,' said the pirates getting closer to her. 'He,he,he capturing one of the imperial family of Jurai will be something!' All of them pointed the blaster to her together.
"What the…!? Are they so stupid!!?' feeling the force from Seto, Azusa guarded himself with fear. Only the little boy was aware that Seto was now beyond human existent.
'Ha!' she laughed and then she disappeared, at least for the pirates it looked so as even Azusa could only see the lambency of her vision. No one could understand what have happened. Several seconds later, the pirates who were there by hundreds were all stunned. In the middle of the bunch of fallen bandits, Seto stood calmly; no sign of breath-less was seen and her eyes gently fell on Azusa.
'You have hung on well,' in a far different tone she talked to him than she used to do before. Azusa shivered to the supreme beauty and ferociousness of her rising there surrounded by numerous pirates. Fear it was not, the blood of Jurai inside him was fermenting. Tears appeared in his eyes getting excited to have shown the action which he desired to carry out by himself. And he said to her,
'… I want to be strong, too. Strong enough to protect my mother and others.'
'If you really feel so, come with me,' handing out her hand to Azusa, Seto spoke in which a fierce pressure exist.
Facing a torrential force to which no common man can resist, Azusa reached out his hand in desperation and grabbed her hand.
This meant that he accepted going to Jurai.
As Azusa's mother had foreseen, Seto made Azusa to wish joining her to Jurai by himself.
