he next day, Azusa was uneasy thinking about Mitsuki and he went to visited her in the garden. But instead there, Shyuzan Amaki who was waiting for him. He told Azusa that entering the garden was an outrageous act and Azusa had broken it. He also called Mitsuki a shame which Azusa couldn't understand and asked for an explanation.
Showing a nasty smile Shyuzan began to talk about the secret of Mitsuki.
Mitsuki had a special ability. She could synchronize with the Heaven's Tree (Tenjyu) growing in the imperial palace and she could obtain the knowledge of what ever had happened in it. Heaven's Tree is a huge tree which makes up the imperial palace and that's where the imperial families live and the political wheel are all integrated in it. Which means that Mitsuki could learn about all the top secrets of the imperial family whether it is an official problem or a private matter.
When Mitsuki was a child she could see what was good or what was bad, a person of the Masaki family, who accidentally discovered her ability, tried to overthrow the present Jurai King by gaining the internal information from the Amaki family through Mitsuki. But the conspiracy had failed and her ability were found out and since then, she has only been allowed to meet with the Jurai King and no one else could see her. Especially any one who was a candidate for the next Jurai King, if so it would be an outrageous act.
'I can know everything that goes on by staying here with the Heaven's Tree. So I was always-watching, the chase between you and lady Seto. You looked so joyful, so - I just wanted to have a talk with you and - and I was the one who set up the transporter to bring you here-' Mitsuki said to Azusa in a low tone drooping in a sad face.
Her words, made Azusa's heart beat highly.
Mitsuki- was watching his chase with Seto.
Mitsuki- she was looking forward to meet with him.
Mitsuki- she had chosen him.
Glad he was. His heart was warming to Mitsuki's feelings of needing him.
But Shyuzan accused her, vilified her, tormented her, and he called her a peeker, a shame and a slag. How could Azusa keep his patience? He drew his sword and headed for Shyuzan. He fought well but Shyuzan was better than Azusa just a bit and Azusa fell. But Mitsuki who stood between them and demanded Shyuzan to leave the room and he was to put the battle to an end.
A strong feeling was rising in Azusa's heart same way it did three years ago. He wanted to be stronger, he promised himself to be stronger, strong enough to save everyone.
The full Moon shined on the two were left behind in the garden, and their was no fog to hide the Moon.
