Several days later, the high council of Jurai was held and all the leaders of the imperial family were summoned to it. Azusa prepared himself for the judgment which should have been hard for him and for Mitsuki. However, but they declared a the tree selection ceremony for Azusa instead. He was surprised but accepted the Kings offer.
Behind this court, there was negotiations between Seto and Shyuzan, which not every one could hear. In the Jurai court, one can discuss with others without any interference by using a special temporary shell. In there, Seto accused Shyuzan of sending a spy into Mitsuki's room. None were allowed to enter her room for any reason and if Azusa was to be punished then Shyuzan, too would be punished too. For this, Shyuzan had to his case against Azusa.
The next day, the ceremony of the tree selection was held. For the ceremony, more than three people must attend as witness to it however most of the people were from each imperial family that participated in it to see Azusa, cause many loved this event of pure little boy. The boy headed to the transporter. If the tree of the second generation accepts him then he is to be transported to the next floor and face each tree till one talks to him. If he is not transported, then a third generation tree will be given to him. Usually, to most of the people of the imperial family got a third generation tree but a few are transported to the next stage.
The view changed when Azusa stepped into the transporter and he was carried inside the heaven's tree where the second generation trees stood. Seto, the Jurai King, Kotono, leader of the Tatsuki family and Mitsuki followed him. They walked to each tree and all the trees greeted Azusa but none accepted him as it's partner. They were confused about this, but finally they found the answer, Azusa was to move to the next stage, where the first generation trees were. They were surprised at this, cause only three people had ever passed in to this step, in Jurai's history. Mitsuki led Azusa to the next transporter and there they vanished while the three officials left behind watched them go. The Jurai King's heart was filled the grief and love for his grand daughter.
