However we will allow exceptions under the condition that all the following
terms are met.
(1)You must use Japanese or plain English. We can't understand another
languages.
(2)Purchase forms must be sent in the matter we specify.
(3)You must make payment. You can settle it by the following methods.

(4) All handling charges of the mail order shall be paid by the applicant.
(5) We send the doujinshi from Japan by using EMS.
(6)If any of doujinshi you bought should be rejected by the customs
of your nation,you must accepted the following terms. By making this
application to buy dojinshi,you will have accepted the terms.
(7)If any of doujinshi that you bought is rejected by the custom,
I do not assume the responsibility at all.
(8)Any rejected doujinshi if not confiscated,will be sent back to
Japan. We will not forward the doujinshi to any other destination.
(9)When doujinshi is sent out from Japan, the bargain is completed.
The repayment is impossible. You may not change or cancel your order
after we have made shipment. Our obligations will elapse when we have
shipped the merchandise to the address designated by the customer. We
will not be responsible for or make refunds for any losses or damages
occurring after the shipment.
(10)We prohibit reselling. You must not resell our book.
